About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on resource policies and work in the policy framework
2. Fulfiling all the tasks of a generalist HR of any company
3. Extending offers and closing the final selects
4. Ensuring proper documentation and system updation
5. Maintaining of personal files and the HRMS data
6. Negotiating/following with the candidates till their joining data
7. Handling document collection and background verification
8. Doing induction and taking exit Interviews
9. Assisting in PMS
10. Working closely with the payroll and finance team
11. Ensuring employee retention and engagement

Note: Candidate at this position would require an acumen to understand various human beings.
