Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding
2. Responsible for taking Level I/II Interviews
3. Responsible for taking Induction for new employees
4. Responsible for Sourcing Candidates from Online Platforms or Own Reference.
5. Responsible for collecting required documents from candidates.
6. Responsible for creating performance reports of employees.
7. Weekly and monthly reports via mail and daily reports via WhatsApp.
8. Complete weekly and monthly targets assigned by management.
