Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
3. Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing HR documents
4. Assisting in employee relations activities including organizing team-building events and celebrations
5. Contributing to HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity initiatives
6. Providing support in benefits administration by assisting with enrollment, claims processing, and resolving employee inquiries
7. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization
