Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
3. Post job openings on various platforms and assist in creating compelling job descriptions
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
5. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
