About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with the hiring team. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
2. Utilize our HR information system (HRIS) to maintain accurate records of employee data, update employee profiles, and track HR-related information.
3. Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for other interns. Act as a point of contact for interns, providing support and guidance throughout their internship journey.
4. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee documentation, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
5. Support in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR matters. Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
