Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles
2. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
3. Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and leave requests
4. Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and culture
5. Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including managing employee queries, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports
6. Collaborate with team leaders to schedule performance evaluations and provide guidance on improvement plans
7. Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to company standards
