About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Follow up and work on compensation negotiation with potential candidates
2. Shortlist resumes and maintain database
3. Take care of the organization's resource management
4. Handle profiles assessments of potential candidates and schedule and conduct interviews
5. Source candidates, then screen and shortlist new employees and conduct the interviews
