About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and posting job listings on various platforms; managing and tracking candidate responses and application submissions
2. Understanding client requirements based on the job description & coordinating with the team lead
3. Managing the recruitment process and life cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial assessments, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating until the offer letter is released
4. Briefing the candidates about the company and the required information about the profile and interview procedure
5. Coordinating with candidates to ensure timely communication
6. Managing feedback from candidates at every stage of the interview process to offer generation and post-onboarding
7. Maintaining daily performance reports, the candidate tracking sheet, and updating the applicant tracking system

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to Rs. 300000 per year.
