a. Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
4. Support the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations
b. Employee Relations & Engagement
1. Help organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture
2. Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and compiling results for analysis
c. HR Administration
1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
2. Assist in the management of HR databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
