Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talking to business team managers and assessing new hiring requirements and drafting the suitable job description
2. Working on job postings and shortlisting candidates and conducting their interviews
3. Drafting formal offer letters, recommendation letters, certificates
4. Coordinating with existing employees/interns for their HR-related requirements
5. Planning and organizing team-building activities

Requirements:

1. Aspiring to be an HR professional and have a strong domain interest
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Good people evaluation skills

Additional Information:

1. Available to work from 6-7 hours preferably from 11 AM or so.
2. We work Mon to Fri and Alternate Saturdays.
3. Candidate should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in people management and best practices
