About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
2. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates.
3. Schedule interviews and manage communication with potential candidates.
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
5. Support in creating HR reports and analytics to track recruitment, employee performance, etc.
6. Identify new learning opportunities based on team needs.
