Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
2. Support employee engagement initiatives and events
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
7. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR function
