Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team with employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Help maintain and update the HRIS system with accurate and up-to-date employee information.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on various HR policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations and goal setting.
6. Participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, and HR process improvements.
7. Handle confidential HR documents and information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
