Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools, to proactively identify and source candidates for diverse roles.
2. Screening resumes: Conduct initial resume screenings to evaluate and identify candidates who align with our job requirements.
3. Managing candidate database: Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring a streamlined process for future talent pools and sourcing needs.
4. Coordinating interviews: Assist with scheduling interviews, conducting candidate follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
5. Building talent pipelines: Help create and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for high-demand roles to ensure a ready pool of talent.
6. Conducting market research: Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and sourcing best practices to implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
