About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles and internships.
2. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
4. Organize and promote virtual recruitment drives and campus placements.
5. Maintain and manage candidate databases and track application progress.
6. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR analytics.
7. Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
