About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation
3. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and files
4. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities
5. Assist with training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation
6. Provide general support to the HR team as needed
