Join the Marpu Foundation team as an HR Intern and embark on an exciting journey of learning and growth! As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in the world of Human Resources while utilizing your expertise in MS Excel.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
2. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including team-building events and celebrations
6. Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and resolving employee inquiries
7. Utilize your MS Excel skills to generate reports, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to optimize HR processes.
8. Get at least 15-20 candidates as a minimum requirement for completing the internship and getting certified.
