About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2) Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
3) Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4) Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
