Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
2. Maintain a strong talent pool of potential candidates for immediate hiring needs
3. Perform a thorough and ethical background check on potential hires while ensuring that it does not create conflicts with the candidate's current employer
4. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values
6. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
7. Conduct performance evaluations and create employee recognition programs
8. Address employee relations issues and provide support to employees
9. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits
10. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
11. Support the company's overall mission, vision, and values by aligning HR policies and practices with organizational goals
