Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with talent acquisition, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Manage employee records, databases, and documentation.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
4. Help draft HR policies, contracts, and agreements.
5. Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.
6. Ensure compliance with HR procedures and company policies.
7. Maintain and update HR reports, spreadsheets, and recruitment pipelines.
8. Provide administrative support for HR operations.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per performance).
