1. Offer jobs to eligible & interested candidates
2. Work on assessing communication skills & other eligibility criteria before scheduling their interviews
3. Work on the first round of telephonic interviews & screening before processing the candidates for the next round of interviews
4. Find appropriate candidates from the data given by the company (Around 70 calls to be done each day)
5. Generate leads from social media platforms (proper training will be given)
6. End to end Recruitment
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 1st Aug'24 and 5th Sep'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per hiring).
