Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
3. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment strategies.
5. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, manage offer negotiations, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
