Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Recruitment:
1. Identify and reach out to potential campus ambassadors who are current students or alumni from various colleges and universities
2. Conduct interviews and assessments to select qualified ambassadors
3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
II. Team Management:
1. Manage and support a diverse team of campus ambassadors
2. Provide training and guidance to ensure ambassadors effectively promote Dreams to Fly
3. Monitor ambassador activities and performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals
III. Promotion and Outreach:
1. Collaborate with campus ambassadors to promote the company through various channels, including social media, campus events, and digital platforms
2. assist in creating and distributing marketing materials to support promotional efforts
3. Organize virtual events and webinars to engage with potential students and ambassadors
IV. Administrative Support:
1. Maintain accurate records of ambassador interactions, activities, and progress
2. Prepare regular reports on recruitment and promotional activities
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
