About the work from home job/internship
As an HR intern at Namekart, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of human resources. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, along with your skills in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and Canva, will be essential in supporting our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
3. Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events.
5. Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as drafting documents and organizing files.
6. Conducting research on HR best practices and trends.
7. Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the HR department.
