About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers for scheduling interviews and feedback.
5. Maintain and update the recruitment database.
6. Help improve recruitment strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.
7. Work on employer branding activities such as LinkedIn posts, employee stories, and career page enhancements
