Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring pipelines.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
Handle basic HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals like Internshala, LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed is a plus.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
