About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
4. Assisting in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees.
5. Managing HR data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Supporting HR analytics and reporting using advanced Excel tools.
7. Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives to drive HR excellence within the organization.
