Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
3. Handle data entry and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
4. Query management, act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
5. Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Present key HR metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
7. Collaborate with HR team to identify trends and areas for improvement.
