About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning and implementing an end-to-end recruitment process
2. Searching for suitable candidates
3. Understanding the screening process
4. Communicating with the applicants, job seekers, and potential candidates
5. Conducting HR interviews
6. Sharing with the hiring company
7. Scheduling the interviews
8. Maintain a strong and healthy environment, and do not involve office politics of any kind
9. Creating a powerful and enduring brand for our company, ensuring its prominence and influence
10. Contributing through new ideas, new growth strategies, and thinking like an entrepreneur and a true HR who builds and grows the company

Note: This process is not easy because you will be dealing with experienced candidates, not students, interns, or freshmen.
Any kind of support in these areas will be appreciated, but not expected. We are currently growing our LinkedIn page as well as building relationships with candidates.

2. Possess a strong interest in recruitment and digital marketing (all our clients are digital marketing agencies for whom we do recruitment).

3. We are not looking for people who will follow orders without thinking.

4. We are also looking for people who want to think, experiment, and embrace the technology to increase its effectiveness.

5. We anticipate a strong commitment and dedication.

6. We also expect most of the work to be done with the help of other teammates.

7. We do not want someone who will work on their own without interaction with the team.

8. We are looking for teamwork, coordination, collaboration, and building for long-term success.

9. We are not looking for people who choose short-term success while sacrificing long-term success.

10. The candidate must possess organizational and interpersonal skills.

11. Coordination skills will be required.
