The HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Recruitment) plays a key role in supporting the company's recruitment efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection processes, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications.
2. Source candidates via online platforms and professional networks.
3. Screen resumes and application forms.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates.
5. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
6. Help organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events.

Required Qualifications:
