Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications using ChatGPT
2. Post jobs on different job portals and find good applications/candidates (Sourcing candidates via online platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn)
3. Screen resumes and application forms by checking the resume and comparing it with the job description to decide whether the candidate is suitable or not
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates based on the telephonic interview
5. Coordinate client interviews and, if necessary, support in follow-ups
6. Help organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events (mostly not applicable)
7. Collaborate with the team, building a good and cooperative team environment so everyone can build effective recruitment strategies
8. Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems
9. Stay informed on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices
10. Watch actively on LinkedIn for open positions and help sign up new clients using our company email ID
11. Help build and grow our company's LinkedIn page and assist in growing followers, with the opportunity to work on personal branding using our resources
12. When interacting with candidates, stay focused, aware, and attentive

1. Pursuing a bachelor's/master's in HR, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in HR, especially in talent acquisition
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

7. Interest in recruitment and digital marketing
8. Willingness to think creatively and embrace new technologies

1. The stipend will be 1000-2000 per month (decisions will be based on communication skills, Excel knowledge, time commitment, learning ability, experience, and education)
