Join our team as a Human Resources Intern and play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and talent management processes of our organization. This internship opportunity, provided by our NGO, focuses on screening, recruiting, and managing candidates for various roles while also assisting in the daily operations of the HR department. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Selection: Assist in screening, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitate induction meetings, and respond to inquiries from stakeholders
2. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, track recruitment metrics, and provide insights for process improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and stakeholders
3. Daily Operations Support: Support the daily operations of the HR department, including managing recruitment dashboards, supervising WhatsApp groups with fundraising interns, and providing administrative assistance as needed
4. Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Facilitate communication, address inquiries, and provide updates on recruitment status
5. Collaborate with hiring interns, team members, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, and provide support as needed

Other requirements

5. Previous experience or coursework in HR, recruitment, or related fields is a plus

6. Available to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship duration
