Key Responsibilities:
Conduct final round interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles within the organization.
Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their fit for the position.
Evaluate candidates' domain knowledge and expertise relevant to the role they are applying for.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Make recommendations on candidates' stipend based on their domain knowledge, skills, and experience.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback during the interview process.
Assist in drafting offer letters and communicating employment terms to selected candidates.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
