Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with Recruitment:
a. Helping source and screen candidates for available positions
b. Scheduling interviews and communicating with the applicants
c. Maintaining and updating the candidate database and job postings

2. On-boarding and Off-boarding:
a. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.)
b. Preparing off-boarding materials and conducting exit interviews

3. Employee Records Management:
a. Organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
b. Updating HR databases with employee information such as contact details, job titles, and salary data

4. Supporting HR Projects:
a. Organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives
b. Implementing HR policies and procedures

5. Administrative Tasks:
a. Providing administrative support to the HR team (filing, documentation, etc.)
b. Preparing HR-related reports and presentations as required

6. Employee Relations:
a. Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related issues
b. Working with the HR team to maintain a positive workplace culture
