Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate management: Identifying and attracting potential candidates with the skills and qualifications our team needs, ensuring they are well-matched to the roles.
2. Talent onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process, including employee orientation, scheduling interviews, and handling all relevant HR documentation.
3. Client engagement & business growth: Conducting consultative pre-qualification of prospects, identifying the best next steps and resources to assist our clients, and collaborating with our team to develop HR strategies, exploring new business opportunities to contribute to our company's growth.

Key requirements:

1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for effectively engaging with candidates and clients.
2. A dynamic and self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
3. Minimum 2 months of internship experience in the recruitment.
