2. Gathering insights on effective interview tips and best practices to aid candidates in their preparation
3. Researching various companies' values and key details is important for candidates to know before interviews
4. Analyzing and compiling information on companies' team structures and growth paths for candidates, outlining different position levels and career progression opportunities
