About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on target-oriented recruitment, including CV screening, calling, and shortlisting profiles
2. Identify specific profiles from ideal companies and establish contact
3. Engage and hire for the specific profiles
4. Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, as well as print media
5. Work on any HRMS
