Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post new positions on websites and job boards
2. Assist with screening resumes and applications
3. Send offer letters
4. Coordinate interviews by calling and mailing the candidates
5. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
6. Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
7. Proofread HR documents
8. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
9. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
10. Connect and reach out to different organizations, institutes and schools
11. Work on maintaining our HR portal

Requirements:

1. Okay in MS Office, good in communication, and great in MS Excel
2. Work experience of manual entry of data and quality check of data
3. Preferred passed-outs on or before 2023 (any degree)
