Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and CSR affairs intern to join our team. The intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, CSR initiatives, and other HR-related tasks. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR management, corporate social responsibility, and organizational development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. HR Policy Support:
1. Assist in researching, drafting, and updating HR policies and procedures
2. Maintain and organize employee handbooks and policy documents
3. Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
II. CSR Initiative Development:
1. Collaborate on planning and organizing CSR activities and campaigns
2. Assist in measuring and reporting on CSR impact and effectiveness
III. Employee Engagement:
1. Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
2. Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs
IV. Administrative Support:
1. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
2. Maintain HR records, databases, and files

1. Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in human resources, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR management and corporate social responsibility.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
