Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
2. Utilize HRIS to maintain employee records, generate reports, and analyze data for decision-making
3. Collaborate with team members to implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
4. Support in organizing training programs, workshops, and other HR events
5. Assist in performance management processes including evaluation, feedback, and goal setting
6. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on HR practices and trends
7. Maintain a high level of English proficiency for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
