Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR intern to join our team at Sri Ram Cars. If you have a passion for human resources, along with knowledge of Bootstrap, PHP, and strong English speaking skills, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and processing paperwork.
3. Help with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and handling employee queries.
4. Assist with performance management tasks, including tracking employee goals and conducting performance reviews.
5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as updating HR policies and procedures.
6. Assist with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
