About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment assistance: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
2. Administrative support: Aid the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
3. Event organization: Help organize company events and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
4. Report preparation: Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations to support departmental needs.

Key Qualifications

1. Educational background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. HR knowledge: Basic understanding of HR functions and principles.
3. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Organizational skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
5. Technical proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
7. Laptop requirement: A personal laptop is mandatory for this role.
