Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create hiring timelines, and set compensation budgets.
2. Writing job descriptions that accurately reflect the company's needs and attract qualified candidates.
3. Posting job openings on relevant job boards and monitoring responses.
4. Sourcing potential candidates through job fairs and social media.
5. Conducting background checks on candidates.
6. Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
7. Scheduling follow-up interviews with promising candidates.
8. Gathering feedback from hiring managers and other stakeholders to inform the recruitment process.
9. Creating offer letters for successful candidates.
10. Negotiating salary and benefits with potential new hires (in some cases).
11. Communicating with newly hired employees to provide information about the onboarding process and expectations.
