Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
3. Supporting the recruitment team in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
6. Helping in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to attract top talent.
7. Collaborating with team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
