About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
2. Organize and manage all communications with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
3. Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
4. Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
5. Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
6. Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
7. End-to-end recruitment

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per target based).
