Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Conducting orientation sessions for new employees and assisting with onboarding processes
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
4. Assisting with employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management
5. Supporting the HR team with training and development programs for employees
6. Preparing HR-related reports and presentations using MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Office
7. Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function
