Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist and support in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and networking
2. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles
3. Review and assess resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
4. Conduct and facilitate initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interests
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Ensure and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
7. Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms
8. Maintain and organize accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions
9. Prepare and generate regular recruitment progress reports
