Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems
2. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
3. Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
4. Assist with organizing training and development programs
5. Provide support in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions
6. Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
7. Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvement initiatives.
