Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
2. Managing and updating the HRIS to ensure accurate and timely data entry
3. Conducting research on HR best practices and presenting findings to the team
4. Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution as needed
5. Participating in training and development initiatives to support employee growth
6. Collaborating with team members on special projects and events
7. Providing administrative support to the HR department as necessary
