Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract and select the best talent.
2. Engaging in designing and refining HR policies and processes that align with our organizational goals.
3. Handling performance management to support employee growth and organizational success.
4. Managing compensation and rewards to ensure our offerings are competitive and fair.
5. Performing manpower planning to forecast and meet the workforce needs of the organization.
6. Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. Reaching out to clients for business development opportunities to expand our network and client base.
